The nice sand beach and mild surf make for a calm afternoon.
On Sundays you will often find live music and possibly a pick-up volleyball game.
There is a restaurant and bar located on the beach, so restrooms are available. Rainbow is pretty well known as a party beach, similar to Sapphire Beach, on St Thomas.
