Pacquereau Bay Beach

Pacquereau Bay Beach is located on the southside of St. Thomas just outside of the busy harbor os Charlotte Amalia. The beach is home to the colorful Marriott's Frenchman's Cove resort, making an awesome backdrop to an equally awesome beach. Even though there is a resort just behind the beach doesn't mean that it is private though! The Marriott offers parking and public beach access so every can enjoy it.

The water of Pacquereau Bay is a stunning blue which makes for really great swimming in the designated swimming area. You can also venture outside of the area to snorkel around the rocks towards the north where you'll find another unnamed beach and along the way see all sorts of fish and marine life. One benefit of the beach having a resort just behind it is that there are plenty of chairs that you can sit in and get drinks at the bar!
